The non-performance loans (NPL) of the Development Bank of Ethiopia (DBE) in the just ended fiscal year stood at 2.1 billion Br, 22.7pc of the total loan portfolio of the bank, a decrease of 374.9 million Br and 15 percentage points less than last year's NPL of 37.4pc.
